Comments

An account of Georgina Synge's travels on horseback with her husband through Yellowstone Park in 1891, with a detailed folding map that contains an outline of their impressive journey. Synge was an English writer of fiction for young adults and contributor to the Theosophical Review. Her excellent and lively account of the unusual landscape of Yellowstone and their adventures is one of the earliest published descriptions of its kind by a woman. There was no American edition of this title.
