¶ A substantial and accomplished collection of over 80 poems by Eliza Reeves, about whom little is recorded. She writes on the death of David Garrick, music, a lady friend who was presented with a watch by her husband, "On hearing the Rev. Mr. Wheatley's Lectures upon Rhetoric," elegies on friends, and odes on current events. This was Eliza Reeves only recorded book. Among the subscribers are Frances and Richard Brindsley Sheridan.
