Comments¶ The collected writings of Arthur Henry Hallam (1811-1833), edited by his father Henry Hallam, with a memoir. Hallam, who died at age 22, was famously commemorated by his friend, Alfred Tennyson in his poem In Memoriam (1850). Inscribed on the half-title by the editor and father to Mrs. [Sarah] Austin, a friend of Arthur Henry Hallam.
