Handsomely printed and bound in the manner of the Kelmscott Press by Taylor & Taylor, San Francisco's first fine press printers. ¶ Inscribed on the front free endpaper by one of San Francisco's foremost antiquarian booksellers of his generation "With best wishes of the Season / from John Howell."
