CommentsRobert Choquette's prize winning poem Metropolitan Museum, illustrated by the Canadian artist Edwin Holgate and handsomely bound, albeit somewhat later, by Monique Lallier. Lallier is an internationally recognized bookbinder and past Director of the American Academy of Bookbinding; Choquette (1905-1991) was a Canadian poet, novelist and playwright; and Holate (1892-1977) was a prominent Montreal artist.
