Comments¶ Six poems by George Sterling put to music, five by Lawrence Zenda, and one with the words and music both by Sterling. The songs are preceded by a long prefatory poem by Sterling entitled "Music." Lawrence Zenda is likely a pseudonym for Rosaliene Travis - Mrs. E. Elgin Travis - who was identified as the copyright holder in the 1928 edition.
